Payment

We accept all major credit cards & all payments are processed using a secure
server via WoldPay. We also accept Paypal.
All prices are automatically listed in GBP.

UK Shipping

Standard service – Royal Mail 1st class (1-3 working days) £3.95 (Orders received before 1pm)

Beds – APC courier – signature required (1-3 working days) £8.95 (Orders received before 1pm)

All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail 1st class, or our chosen courier service for larger items including our dog beds, which will be dispatched within 1-3 days of your order being placed. Please be aware goods will not be dispatched over weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday.

If an item is not in stock you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date upon placing your order.

Some parcels will require a signature on arrival. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary re-delivery information. Please note we do not accept responsibility for this.

If your parcel is being sent via APC then a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Parcels sent via Royal Mail will have a proof of postage which, if you require, can be emailed to you.

Europe & Overseas Shipping

Europe – standard service – APC courier (1-7 days) £10.00
Rest of the world – standard service – UPS courier (1-2 weeks) £15.00

Please note International orders may be subject to charges applied at customs. You will be responsible for these charges; we have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product you can return it within 14 days of delivery in the original condition with the dispatch note.

If you need to exchange an item, i.e. due to sizing, please return the product to us in the original condition with the dispatch note and a note of the exchange information.

All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note you will be responsible for postal costs and we advise you to return all goods via a tracking service and obtain proof of postage.

Made to measure items are not eligible for refund unless faulty on our part. Please email hello@doggieapparel.co.uk if you require a refund on a made to measure product.
